Shipping Information:

UK Orders: All orders within the UK are expected to arrive within 3 - 5 working days. All orders will be shipped the next working day, and tracking will be provided to keep you updated on the progress of your delivery.

International Orders: Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination. Tracking will be provided for all international shipments.

Failed Deliveries: In the event of a failed delivery, please check the status of your parcel as it may have been re-routed to the nearest depot. If the parcel has not been delivered within 7 working days from the expected delivery date, please contact the Lisk team so we can assist with claiming compensation on your behalf.

Import Charges (EU): Due to the UK's departure from the EU, customs and duties charges may apply to orders from EU countries. The shipping fee does not cover these charges, and they are the customer's responsibility. The exact customs and duties fee is determined by the customs authorities in the receiving country based on the value of the shipment. Please ensure that your contact details are accurate so we can notify you of any customs delays.

Import Charges (Rest of the World): For international orders outside the EU, customs and duties charges will apply. As with EU orders, these charges are the customer’s responsibility, and we cannot specify the exact fee as it is determined by the customs authorities in the destination country. Please ensure correct contact information is provided to facilitate any necessary communication regarding customs delays.
